К сожалению не все было так как ожидали. Безлимитного пива не было от слова совсем. На так назвваемом пирсе стоял маленький бочонок куда должны были наливать пиво, за весь час что мы там были его пополнили два раза. Я успел выпить только половину маленькой кружки. А при просьбе пополнить бочонок сказали мол пиво закончилось. Также не было озвучено что напитки на этом пирсе платные. Я открыл холодильник, там было и пиво и кола. Спросил у вашего тайского сотрудника на английском бесплатно ли это? Он сказал - да. В итоге когда я уже взял открыл это пиво и колу ко мне подошел русский сотрудник который там работает и сказал что это все платно и нужно платить((
Следующий момент это тайминг самой экскурсии. Очень мало по времени мы находились на острове Рача. Слишком мало было на острове Пхи Пхи Дон - поели и сразу на катамаран без возможности погулять по острову. Еда на обеде была очень скудная, а все прохладительные напитки платные. Лежаки на острове Рача были тоже платными. Выезд обратно на пхукет с закатной вечеринки был в итоге в 18:00, а не в 19:00 как было по расписанию.
Еще и гид все время на остановках либо курил где то наверху либо просто сидел на катамаране не взаимодействуя с людями. Меня это не сильно расстроило, но думаю людям которые были там первый раз не особо было комфортно. А на все жалобы он говорил: обращайтесь к вашему менеджеру у которого вы покупали экскурсию)

Хотела сказать большое спасибо, за организацию экскурсий. Все понравилось - четко следовали программе. Гиды все объясняли доступно и понятно. Единственное не хватило немного времени на экскурсии Джемс Бонда на катамаране - на первом острове, на последнем острове и самом Джеймс Бонде. Хотелось хотя бы на пол часа побольше там находится, задержаться. А приходилось бегом бегом бежать на борт.

Всё прошло ИДЕАЛЬНО! Мы в восторге, гиду отдельное спасибо, он не гид, а ведущий своего дела 10000% ,развлекал, пел песни!
Тк были мы с ребёнком, Помог его отвлечь, пока муж меня фоткал еда, напитки, перекус, всё очень понравилось....особенно неожиданно приятно были в конце, вино на пирсе, нигде такого не видели, а тут прям приятно!
Мы остались очень довольны. Огромное спасибо вам!!!
