FAQ
Ask a questionRain alone is not a reason to cancel a tour. Tours are only cancelled if there is an official storm warning. This can be issued at any time — the day before, on the day of the tour, or even after departure from the pier by boat. This applies only to sea tours. In such cases, we offer a full refund of your deposit with no deductions or the option to reschedule the tour for a more convenient date.
To book a tour, we kindly ask you to provide the following information: – Your hotel name – Room number – Full name (for the booking) – Email address (optional - you will receive the booking details there) – Number of participants (adults, children, infants) – Preferred date – Selected tour Please make sure to book your tour in advance to guarantee availability!
For all tours, we pick you up directly from your hotel or place of residence. Please note: an extra charge for transfer may apply if you're staying in a remote area.
All tours are available daily, but there may be exceptions. Please check the tour description or contact our support team for details!
A full refund of your deposit due to illness is possible only upon presentation of a medical certificate from a hospital (clinics and pharmacies are not accepted). Example 1: If a family of three (mother, father, and child) is booked for a tour, and the child falls ill, then 100% of the deposit for the child and one parent will be refunded upon providing a hospital certificate. The other parent is expected to join the tour; otherwise, their deposit will not be refunded. For 2-day tours, the refund with a hospital certificate is 50%. Example 2: If a couple is booked for a tour and one of them becomes ill, then only the sick person’s deposit is refunded with a hospital certificate. The other person must attend the tour; otherwise, their deposit will be forfeited. For 2-day tours, the refund with a hospital certificate is 50%.
If you cancel your tour: – Less than 24 hours before the start — 100% penalty (no refund) – Less than 48 hours before the start — 50% penalty – 48 hours or more before the start — 100% refund
You can change the tour date at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure. Changes requested less than 48 hours in advance are not possible without an additional fee.
– Reducing the number of participants is possible at least 48 hours before the tour. If the change is made less than 48 hours in advance, the deposit for the cancelled participants is non-refundable. – Increasing the number of participants is possible at any time before the tour, but must be confirmed upon request.
You don’t need to look for anyone. Simply go to your hotel reception at the scheduled pickup time and stay there — the driver will find you. Do not leave or try to look for the car yourself. Just wait at the reception. Your voucher on your phone screen is enough — no need to print it. We always provide a 30-minute pickup window (for example: 7:00–7:30). This is in case earlier guests are late or missing and the driver is delayed while trying to locate them. However, you must be at the reception at the first listed time (e.g. 7:00). If no one picks you up within 30 minutes, please call the number on your voucher — we will check what's going on.
There’s no need to worry. There is usually a nearby hotel or guesthouse — you can wait there and the driver will pick you up from that location. If your villa complex has a shared reception area, pickup from there is also possible. The most important thing is to provide us with the exact address of the place you’d like to be picked up from.
Phuket, like many popular tourist destinations, often sees tour operators taking advantage of travelers’ lack of knowledge about actual prices. Upon arrival, guests usually meet with a hotel-assigned guide who may claim that it's only safe to book tours through them. They often say others don’t have insurance, licenses, qualified guides, or decent programs — and may even share scary stories about tourists who were “scammed” after booking elsewhere. In reality, these claims are usually marketing tactics aimed at justifying highly inflated prices — often 2 times higher than the real market rate. So, the honest answer is: Our tours aren’t “cheaper” — they’re just priced fairly and transparently.

We really do have similar programs on our website - that’s because we work with many Thai tour suppliers and they often run almost identical tours, sometimes down to the smallest detail. But then how do you choose the right one, you may ask? That’s exactly what our managers are here for - they’ve personally tried all the programs listed on our website. Phuket is an island in southern Thailand, located in the Andaman Sea. It is the country’s largest island and is connected to the mainland by a bridge. Phuket lies near Krabi and Phang Nga provinces and is considered the main tourist hub of southern Thailand.
The best time to visit Phuket is from November to April, during the dry season with calm seas and ideal weather for beach holidays and excursions. The water is clear, and most boat trips operate without restrictions. From May to October is the rainy season, with stronger waves and occasional heavy showers, but travel is still possible and prices are usually lower.
Yes, Phuket is a great destination for families with children. The island offers calm beaches with gentle water entry, many family-friendly hotels, water parks, zoos, and tours suitable for kids. The key is to choose locations and activities based on the child’s age and the season.
