All questionsRain alone is not a reason to cancel a tour. Tours are only cancelled if there is an official storm warning. This can be issued at any time — the day before, on the day of the tour, or even after departure from the pier by boat. This applies only to sea tours. In such cases, we offer a full refund of your deposit with no deductions or the option to reschedule the tour for a more convenient date.
To book a tour, we kindly ask you to provide the following information: – Your hotel name – Room number – Full name (for the booking) – Email address (optional - you will receive the booking details there) – Number of participants (adults, children, infants) – Preferred date – Selected tour Please make sure to book your tour in advance to guarantee availability!
If you cancel your tour: – Less than 24 hours before the start — 100% penalty (no refund) – Less than 48 hours before the start — 50% penalty – 48 hours or more before the start — 100% refund
