Rain alone is not a reason to cancel a tour.
Tours are only cancelled if there is an official storm warning. This can be issued at any time — the day before, on the day of the tour, or even after departure from the pier by boat.
This applies only to sea tours.
In such cases, we offer a full refund of your deposit with no deductions or the option to reschedule the tour for a more convenient date.
To book a tour, we kindly ask you to provide the following information:
– Your hotel name
– Room number
– Full name (for the booking)
– Email address (optional - you will receive the booking details there)
– Number of participants (adults, children, infants)
– Preferred date
– Selected tour
Please make sure to book your tour in advance to guarantee availability!
For all tours, we pick you up directly from your hotel or place of residence.
Please note: an extra charge for transfer may apply if you're staying in a remote area.
